Over Easy in Metro Manila

"⭐⭐⭐⭐ Visited on Father’s Day – June 15, 2025 Over Easy Marikina has a really cozy and well-designed interior — super comfy and a great place to hang out. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, though some seemed a bit too busy (understandable since it was Father’s Day) so maybe they just didn’t hear us right away. The food was great! I especially loved the baked salmon with mornay pesto — I was hoping it would come with mashed potatoes, but the staff told us it wasn’t available at that time so it was served with coleslaw instead. We also had brewed coffee, which I appreciated because it was served hot, not just warm — small detail but it matters. One thing we noticed though, the BBQ ribs (solo) we ordered were already cold when served. We didn’t raise it with the staff anymore and just ate it. Overall, it was still a good dining experience. I’d love to come back and try more of their menu!"

"I love the vibe of this resto — so chill and cozy, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy good food. The servings are big and definitely great for sharing! Everything we ordered was really good. As a coffee lover though, I just hope they improve their coffee beans a bit — I wanted to really taste the coffee in my latte. Still, the staff were very accommodating and friendly, which made the experience even better."

"Perfect for special occasions and for family dinners such as ours Service is really good and we were well attended given that their restaurant was full and jampacked. Waiting time to be seated and even for the food is not bad at all. plenty of parking! Sa harap and bakanteng lote beside their restaurant This restaurant is spacious and can cater from small groups til big ones like ours - we were like 12 pax Food is good and COFFEE IS SOOO GOOD too!!! will definitely come back"

"This is one of the go to's whenever we are in Marikina. Big servings, friendly staff. Dishes are flavorful. Out of the 5 times we have been here, we were only disappointed the 3rd time. But the last visit left everyone full and happy. We were surprised with the much bigger servings of fish and chips (much more than what we got in the past), delish salpicao, chic alfredo (niece was happy), recommending the ribs, too, and the generous parmesan chix wings. Now the lava cake topped with a generously heaping mound of vanilla ice cream was a delight and we finished the sans rival white choco cake! I feel that this resto tries hard to keep clients happy and burping! Not to mention the price! 3 orders of fish n chips, pasta, soup, wings, beef, ribs, 3 cakes, drinks just under 5k! Withto go bags too!!"

"A Marikina Hidden Gem! Chanced upon this restaurant while travelling around Marikina and was so happy with our experience! From the outside, the restaurant looks quiet and unassuming, but we were surprised that the restaurant was almost full! The vibe of the restaurant is rustic and similar to the vibes of the restaurants you can see in BGC. The menu and prices reflect that as well. Fortunately, I think every single dish we've tried was delicious and filling; you really get quality food for the price that you paid for. We enjoyed dining here, looking forward to try their other dishes next time we're back in Marikina!"

"Always ask about the best sellers. All we're good except for the sisig, pls improve this too fatty and with the otger dishes being good I think this can definitely be improved. Salpicao was tender. Got Fish and chips for take out lack seasoning for the fish and batter. Lava cake was great. Brownies average. All in all Good servings. Good food."

"Good food and good ambiance. Went here twice already. Only thing I would like to note is that the bill out, I called 3 servers and waited at least 15 minutes to pay and another 5 minutes for my takeout. Lots of parking and there is an open space next to it which you can park (at your own risk). Serving time is also poor, pending orders took like 10 minutes before we received it."

"The food was delicious and the drinks were refreshing. Service was a bit slow, but it’s understandable since the place was quite busy. Overall, still a nice experience."
